 Future EMTs in the Making!

On Tuesday January 26th Emergency Medical Technician students, who are taking their EMT Class at the Elmwood Fire Station, got to learn about airways.  All students got to do hands-on learning, learning about basic airways, advanced airways, suctioning and CPAP’s (Continuous Positive Airway Pressure).

 EMT Students are from Elmwood, Waverly, Eagle, Greenwood, Springfield and Nebraska City.

This crazy crew was serving up concessions Saturday at a basketball tournament with Auburn at the Elmwood Elementary School.  Rosie, Darah, and Levi Offner, and Becky Kicak certainly made it look like fun!  If you have never had the nachos at an Elmwood game you are missing out!
