Kari Closner, Owner and Designer of Everything That Sparkles, is collaborating with the E-M Knights Booster Club this year. A portion of each sale will go to the booster club. Mark your calandars for Saturday, September 21 from 11am-5pm, to join us for "Vintage in the Valley"!! It will involve the shops & businesses in the towns of Elmwood, Weeping Water, Avoca & Nehawka that specialize in vintage merchandise or wine. Hosted by The Scenic Weeping Water Valley Association ("SWVA", a non-profit tourism association). More details to follow!!
Jordan Larson was a special guest at the Elmwood-Murdock's annual Booster Bash. So you don't know who Jordan Larson is? Well, she is a former UNL volleyball star turned Olympic medalist. Jordan spoke to the audience about her volleyball career and answered questions. She signed autographs and had her picture taken with many kids and teens...and some adults, too!
