Bess Streeter Aldrich House

Elmwood Farmers Market
We have a fresh produce supplier. Joe Anderson, with help from Julie, brought watermelon, cantaloupe, tomatoes, peaches, carrots, and a vast selection of fruits and vegetables. It was so popular they sold out before 11 am. Make sure to get to the Bess Streeter Aldrich Park early before they sell out.

Our newest vendor, Eva provided our doggie friends with puppy treats.
This fifth grader named her small business Pawsitively Purrfect and she sold out. Based on her success I'm sure she will be back.

My Boxers sure loved them, I hope she is back this Saturday. Yes, Boreas, Lady, and Leah came to visit and got delicious homemade dog biscuits as a reward for being cute.

Angie Wiley brought a new product, hidden message bracelets for Father's Day.

Each week there is something new to find. Basil Salt was provided as samples to sprinkle on watermelon. It's also great on cucumbers and tomatoes.

The popular strawberry jalapeno jam was available and sold out. If you want to try this unique sweet jam with an undertone of "What's that? you will need to get there early. It is a limited quantity.

We can always use more vendors. More vendors attract more people. More people mean more vendors, more vendors mean more variety!!
More variety means you can do more of your shopping local instead of the "box" stores.
Join our Facebook group and stay up to date on who will be showcasing their produce, baked goods, and other items. Ask if anyone is bringing eggs, honey, cinnamon rolls.

Zero Hour - Cass Local - Listen Audio
The Corona $1200 checks, are starting to arrive this week. We know that some fortunate Nebraskans are not desperate and might consider helping struggling small businesses, Churches and Non-Profit organizations with a donation or better yet buying Gift Cards. We encourage restaurants, bars, basically any small businesses to get a Gift Card account from companies like Square. This is a convenient way for fortunate Nebraskan's to inject life saving cash into the business, in echange for Goods and Services later when the storm passes. None of this is possible, unless you add your business or Organization to www.CassLocal.com free. Any questions? TEXT VM/402-968-0821
