Board of Trustees Special Meeting
June 23, 2016
The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in Special Session with Trustees Allgayer, Anderson, and Krass present with Vice-Chairperson Wray presiding. The meeting was called to order at 7:00 p.m. Vice-Chairperson Wray declared the “Open Meeting Act” posted. All signed the “Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting”. Visitors present included: Evan Wickersham, Eric Beiermann, Ryan Anderson, and Jack Hovick.
New Business: Evan Wickersham from JEO Consulting Group and Eric Beiermann of Olsson Associates were present to answer questions from the Board. The engineering portion of work will begin in a few weeks. Board members along with Olsson Associates will attend NRD meeting July 20th to ask for costshare on drainage portion of project.
Motion by Anderson to select Olsson Associates as the engineer for street and drainage projects; second by Krass. RCV: Yes: Anderson, Wray; No: Krass; Abstain: Allgayer.
The One & Six Year Street Plan will be modified in the near future to allow for upcoming street construction.
There being no further business, the meeting was adjourned at 7:51 p.m.
