The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Ronhovde, Ernst, Clymer and Fields present and with Chairman Blunt presiding. All signed the "Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting". Becky vonRentzell, Dan Spaulding and Butch Sailors were also in attendance.
Chairman Blunt declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Presentation of the minutes of the December 2, 2009, meeting. Chairman Blunt declared the minutes approved as presented.
The November Financial Report for November 2009 presented. Motion by Fields, 2nd by Ronhovde to approve the report as presented. RCV: Ronhovde, Fields, Ernst, Clymer, and Blunt. Aye: All. Nay: None.
Reports:
Streets: A written request from Melissa Banter was addressed to the Village Board, stating she would like the Village to maintain "C" Street, between 1st and 2nd Streets. It was agreed by the Board that the Village would maintain the Street stated above.

Sewer: Spaulding reported that the lagoon may start getting drained on Monday, December 21, 2009. The Board instructed Clerk vonRentzell to get a dedicated phoned line installed at the Wastewater Treatment Facility.
Presentation of the Claims. Motion by Fields, 2nd by Ronhovde to approve the claims as presented and instruct the Treasurer to pay the claims. Aye: All, Nay: None. RCV: Fields, Ernst, Ronhovde, Clymer, and Blunt.
Unfinished Business The board instructed Clerk vonRentzell to wait for Stansell's check to clear for their dog licenses before sending the dog tags.
New Business: Ronhovde reported the street light on the corner of 3rd and "F" Street remains lit throughout the day. Superintendent Spaulding will correct the problem.
Building Permits
No action taken.
Personnel Issues: The Board instructed Clerk vonRentzell to purchase two stationary time clocks from Quill Corporation.

There being no further business, Chairman Blunt declared the meeting adjourned.
