The Village of Elmwood Board of Trustees met in regular session with Trustees Fields, Ronhovde & Ernst present and with Chairman Blunt presiding. All signed the "Notice of Acknowledgement of Meeting". Becky vonRentzell, Dan Spaulding, Diane Stille, Jim Wolcott and Bonnie Brewer were also in attendance.
Chairman Blunt declared the Open Meeting Act Posted.
Presentation of the minutes of the Sept. 16, 2009, meeting. Chairman Blunt declared the minutes approved as presented.

Streets: The "No Parking signs have been ordered for F Street west of West Street to make it easier for the busses to make the turn. .
Park: Spaulding reported that the turtle is gone and Blunt reported that the chips will have to wait until spring.
Library: The Financial Report for August was made available.
Sewer: Spaulding reported still waiting for Trouba, of SENDD. To republish the Floodplain review notice.. Possibly award bid at the October 21 board meeting.

Personnel issues: Motion by Blunt to enter executive session to discuss employee evaluation 2nd by Ernst, at 7:41 p.m. Board left executive session at 9:10p.m. Motion by Fields and 2nd by Ronhovde to grant 1% raise and reevaluation in April for Spaulding's pay. Aye: Fields, Ronhovde, Ernst, Blunt. Nay: none. Absent: Clymer. No action taken.
