1. Call to order: Rebecca Kicak called the meeting to Order at 7:00 PM. A current copy of Nebraska Open Meetings Act posted
2. Roll Call: Becky Kicak, Tony Greise, Heather Scott and Patric Euse present. Renee Holland absent.
3. Public Comment Period: none
4. New Business
   1. Discussion 2025-2026 proposed budget – board reviewed the updates made after last meeting. No additional questions or comments.
   2. Discussion One & Six Year Street Plan- changes to the plan were made according to last months meeting. Reviewed the plan.
