BUDGET MEETING MINUTES
Special Meeting Held at Elmwood Village Office
The Village Board of Trustees met in special session on Wednesday, September 21, 2022. Chairperson Jared Blunt called the Special meeting to order at 6:00 pm. Blunt stated that a current copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act was posted.
Roll Call was answered by Heather Scott, Renee Holland, Becky Kicak & Jared Blunt. Absent: Miki Bruns
New Business
Discussion Amend 2021-2022 Budget
Board discussed that the Current budget needed to be Amended before approving the 2022-2023 Budget.
Discussion 1% increase in 2021-2022 Restricted Funds Authority
Moriah explained to the board that the 1% increase is done every year per our CPA’s advice and that it’s just approving the 1% increase for the next budget year.
Discussion 2022-2023 Proposed Budget
Moriah reported that all the changes and breakdowns requested at the budget meeting were all made.
Discussion One & Six Year Street Plan
No current street projects are in the works except general maintenance.
