REGULAR BOARD MEETING MINUTES
Meeting Held at Elmwood Village Office
The Village Board of Trustees met in regular session on Wednesday, June 1, 2022. Chairperson Jared Blunt called the meeting to order at 7:00pm. Blunt stated that a current copy of the Nebraska Open Meetings Act was posted.
Roll Call: was answered by Renee Holland, Becky Kicak and Jared Blunt. Absent Miki Bruns and Heather Scott.
Minutes: Holland made motion, second by Kicak to approve meeting minutes from May 18,2022. RCV: Yes Approved 3. 2 Absent.
Claims and payroll: Kicak motioned, 2nd by Holland. RCV: Yes 3, 2 absent
Claims: IRS(Payroll Taxes) $1,141.99, Intuit $7, Mc2 Inc (UV Light Bulbs) $3,897.88, Menards (Supplies)$76.16, Moriah Lenz (Milage) $51.33, Municipal Supply (Tools) $366.66, NE Dept. of Environment & Energy (Jeff’s sewer re-test) $125, NE Dept. of Health Enviro Lab (Test Samples) $31, NE Dept. of Revenue (Payroll Taxes) $219.28, NMPP (Billing supplies) $212.31, OPPD (Electricity) $3,153.13, Schu Marketing (water fountain part) $29.40, U.S. Postal Services (Postage) $145.5, Windstream (Phone) $196.20, Salary $3,970.39.

Reports/Boards, Commissions, and Committees
Library: No Report
Park- Branches removed, new faucets for bathrooms still need to be installed. Mower switched worked on and fixed. Blunt voiced that maintenance employees should be blowing cut grass into yards instead of the streets. Pie rides are to begin in the park.
Streets: No Report
Water: continue to install radio meter reads. Last reading went well and only had a few that needed adjusted from meters that had been installed.
Sewer: Wastewater pump replaced and working well.
Planning/Zoning: Next meeting is June 20, 2022 at 7:00pm.
